The purpose of my visit was to enjoy a relaxing vacation with family and friends. Everything exceeded my expectations, but the highlight was the stunning beach access, which provided a serene atmosphere for sunbathing and swimming. The hotel's amenities, including the exceptional pools and well-maintained gardens, contributed to an enjoyable stay. The staff's friendliness and professionalism were remarkable, particularly Mr Yehia and Mr Magdy at reception. I am grateful for their efforts in making our experience memorable. The Elphistone truly offers a delightful escape, and I appreciate the dedication of the entire team. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
